Our Treat Bank operates as a flexible subscription service where members pay a monthly subscription fee into their personal Treat Bank account, which can be used to purchase treats for their pets whenever they wish. There is no obligation to order whatsoever — you decide when you want to order (if at all!) and what you want to order.

Depending on your subscription level (Bronze, Silver, or Gold), you’ll receive additional exclusive benefits. Plus, we’ll add a 10% bonus to your monthly payment every month, helping your total of credits grow faster!
Please read these Subscription Terms carefully and in conjunction with our Terms of Service displayed on the website before subscribing. These Subscription Terms govern all Treat Bank subscriptions. The use of our website, and all purchases of Goods are governed by the Terms of Service. Words and terms used in these Subscription Terms shall have the same meaning as in the Terms of Service.
By subscribing to the Treat Bank, you accept these Subscription Terms and agree to enter into a contract based on them, and by placing an order for Goods you accept the Terms of Service and agree to enter into a contract based on them.
1. Membership Overview
1.1. Subscription Levels - There are three levels of subscription and the full details of each level is displayed on the website:
• Bronze: £25 per month – Basic membership.
• Silver: £50 per month – Mid-tier membership with added perks.
• Gold: £75 per month – Premium membership with the highest level of benefits.
These prices are inclusive of VAT.
1.2. Monthly Payment:
Upon payment of the fixed monthly membership payment, credits with an equivalent value plus 10%, will be issued to your Treat Bank account. You can use this balance to purchase treats from JRPetproducts.com whenever you need them, with no obligation to order within a specific timeframe.
1.3. Sign-ups and “Cooling off” Period:
You may sign up to a Treat Bank subscription by completing the application section of the website and creating an account, at which point the contract based on these Subscription Terms is created. You may cancel the subscription contract within 14 days from the date of your purchase (the “cooling off” period) for a full refund by contacting us, unless you have already used any of your credits to make any purchases of Goods, in which case you will be committed to the Minimum Term set out in clause 1.4.
1.4. Rolling Subscription with Minimum Term:
The Treat Bank operates on a rolling subscription basis, and with (unless you exercise your right to cancel within 14 days in accordance with clause 1.3) a minimum subscription term of three months. The monthly payment, including the 10% bonus, will be automatically credited to your Treat Bank account each month. After the initial three months, your membership will continue to renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with clauses 3.1 or 3.2. We reserve the right to alter or amend your subscription package after the expiry of the minimum term.
2. Using Your Treat Bank
2.1. Credits and Bonus:
Your monthly payment, along with the 10% bonus, will be stored as credits in your Treat Bank account. You can use these credits to purchase any eligible treats on JRPetproducts.com. There are no restrictions on when or how often you place an order — it is entirely up to you. We shall not allocate any credits for any given month until your subscription payment for that month has been received in full and cleared funds.
2.2. Status of Credits:
Credits cannot be resold, used with any other retailer, redeemed for cash (except in accordance with clause 3.3 only) or transferred to another Treat Bank account.
2.3. Rollover of Credits:
If you do not spend your credits in any given month, they will automatically roll over and remain available in your account for future purchases.
2.4. No Expiration of Credits:
Your Treat Bank credits will not expire as long as your membership is active.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1. Cancellation by You :
You may cancel your Treat Bank subscription any time after completing the initial three-month minimum term. Cancellation can be done through your JRPetproducts.com account. It will be effective from the end of your current subscription month, and no further payments will be taken. Any remaining credits in your Treat Bank will remain accessible for six months after cancellation.
3.2. Cancellation by Us:
We can end our contract with you for a product and claim any compensation due to us if you do not make a payment to us when it is due and you still do not make the payment within 14 days of our reminding you that the payment is due.
3.3. Refunds:
Refunds of unused Treat Bank credits are not available, except in cases of service termination by us or where required by law. All other terms and conditions remain as previously outlined.
4. General Terms
4.1. The Treat Bank service is for consumer customers only, and not for business use. By subscribing to the service you agree not to use it for any business or commercial purposes.
4.2. Your personal information shall only be used in accordance with data protection law and in line with our Privacy Policy, published on the website.
4.3. This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
4.4. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
4.5. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, this will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.
4.6. These terms are governed by English and Welsh law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
